Kiddash is a family activity management service. You forward emails and text messages containing activity information to us, and we extract and organize that information into a calendar for your family. The service is intended for use by parents and caregivers managing activities for children.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
By forwarding emails or sending text messages to Kiddash, you give us permission to process that content to extract activity information. You should only forward content you have the right to share. We process your content to provide the service and for no other purpose.
You may add children to your account to organize their activities. By doing so, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of those children, or that you have the authority to manage their information. We process children's data solely to provide the service to you.
If you add a phone number to your account, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your activity information and account. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or removing your number in app settings. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, AI processing of your forwarded content).
Activity information you send us is processed by an AI system to extract structured event data. This processing happens automatically. You should review extracted events before confirming them. We are not responsible for errors in AI extraction.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
We do our best to keep Kiddash running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for missed activities or reminders due to service outages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email when we do. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
