What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you add children to your account, we collect their names and dates of birth. When you forward emails or send text messages to us, we process that content to extract activity information for your family.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service — extracting events from emails and messages, sending you activity reminders, and delivering your daily briefing. We use your email address and phone number to communicate with you about your account and the activity information you send us. That's it.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data for advertising of any kind. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs that track your behavior.

Children's data

We store names and dates of birth for children at the direction of their parents or guardians. This information is used solely to organize activity information within your family account. We do not share children's data with any third party.

Data retention

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, your data is marked for deletion and permanently removed within 30 days.

SMS messaging

If you provide a phone number, we will send you activity acknowledgments and reminders via SMS. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or removing your number in app settings. Message and data rates may apply.
